Standing Orders: Set up rates for 100tic server, get used to changing them depending on the server tick. Both posts are on the CS:S forum, stickied at the top, but.
cl_updaterate 100 (for 100 tic) | 66 (for 66 tic) | 33....
cl_cmdrate 100 | 66 | 33 ...
rate 25000 is safe but it depends on what runs best for you. Rates can range from 10k to 30k on server side. Next to ping and fps rates are the next best thing to improve game play.
Division Condition: Internal scrims are going great. Lets try to get more #sourcescrim in too.

We have Book 12 to be published fairly soon. Unfortunately we have no concrete details yet.
We know playing housing is getting a tweak for decorating and sharing between toon's on an account.
Burglar's and guardian's should be getting some major love. Possibly hunter's and champion's are getting a little tweak also.

*Stargate Worlds - In line as new NRN game!NEW (4/13)
New server settings are up, get in there and check it out.
We managed to find a way to make damages similar to base with some new Admin features. We can now track every player that joins the server thanks to this mod.

When it comes to an Action Packed Game of spine tingling adventures, the Star War Battle Front Series just can’t be beat. These games encompass most of the maps used in the six Star Wars movies. You can fight on either side. On line, the server host may be set assigned sides as you can pick what kind of trooper you can play as. Some maps are space based so you can launch from capital ships with the starfighter of your choice or stay and protect your capital ship from enemies landing on your ship. You can even man a turret and pick off the starships during the fighting. On the ground, in the Death Star or Space Stations it’s all about capturing command posts or it may be capture the flag.
One of the best things about on-line play is that there are plenty of busy servers with 20 or 30 players in and out. You can just join in whenever and stay for as long as you can take the fun. There are also plenty of smaller servers open for training or less intense games. But have no fear the game keeps throwing plenty of it own players into the mix to keep you on your toes. Oh before I forget, there is just about any vehicle you want. Speeders, Tanks, Walkers, ATAT’s… there are also the Hero’s and some servers have hero only games that you can use all the powers you can handle.
Finally for me the coolest part of the game is the intuitive controls. Most is performed with your mouse and some simple keys. Of course you have the ability to program your keys and mouse buttons. So if you wish to Carry on the Proud Star Wars Tradition of the NRN get the game and stop by X-Fire for the rush of your life.

New event: Same Civilization Event starts May 1 at midnight Central time. Civilization will be Republic.
Make sure you get IGZ downloaded. Makes match making easier. And be sure to sign up for NRNSC (Club 2669)
Internal War 5 starts Friday April 10 and last until the end of April.
Navy Field News:
During the holiday season, NavyField hosted its Christmas event, in which it upped the ratio of expert and veteran conversions up to a 50% success rate. Also they awarded free premium rewards to players randomly after battles. In addition, NavyField also granted all players a free 10-day premium account, allowing them to play without restrictions on credit and experience gain.
Now, plans are underway by the developers to release new ship models into the game, such as BB6/CV6 ships. The CV6 is unique, because the player must have either two
Allied nations or two Axis nations (America and Britain) or (Germany and Japan), both at level 120, in order to buy these new aircraft carriers. New premium Battleships are being tested and will soon be added to the normal servers. These new BBs are: USN New York, RN Dreadnaught, KM Nassau, and IJN Mikasa.
* The academy roster on the NRN Wiki needs to be updated with a GBG and NF (NavyFields) roster and the movement of retired instructors to a separate roster off the main/active-duty one.
* To accomplish this, I need a list of the academy pages, whether stand-alone or integrated with the game division's main page. My post will be under the Fleet Academy Council.
* I also require an academy-wide report in of all instructors. A standard roll-call should suffice, as long as it is fresh from December or sooner (this isn't really an academy order per se, as all divisions should already be attempting to update rosters for the New Year).
* Finally, I need a team with a great deal of spare time on their hands to update the Wiki pages and the academy pages as necessary.
